How it began
During a brief conversation, Jasmijn from HR at MANA, told us more about the order and structure MANA has achieved so far with a new management system set up by MANA using ISO2HANDLE software.
About MANA Commercial Vehicles
MANA Bedrijfswagens is located in Breda, Den Bosch, Goes, Roosendaal and Tilburg and has about 85 employees. The company is dealer of MAN Commercial Vehicles, sells and delivers new and young used trucks and commercial vehicles. In addition, MANA Bedrijfswagens is a Volkswagen Service Partner. The company has been owned by Fred van der Heijden since January 2020 and is more than ever ready for the future.
What did MANA run into?
No overview in all documents, Findability of documents, No insight (ongoing) tasks, Duplicate registrations, A system that does not work for the organization. MANA indicated that their organization needed more order and structure within all documentation. Shortly after the acquisition, MANA had to be re-certified for ISO 9001. This made it clear that there was still a lot of work in preparing for the audit, said Jasmijn from HR. This was quite time consuming and definitely a point to take up in the future. They were eager to professionalize the business management system. MANA consulted an external consultant to make this professionalization move, they received a number of tips on how to take this up.

Plan of action
We got busy creating order and overview. In this we discovered that it is nice to have a management system, which can be set up at our own discretion and expand where necessary. With the flexible character of ISO2HANDLE the basis for this has been laid. After two training sessions on the use of ISO2HANDLE, a number of questions about the system and help with implementing the basics, we were soon able to start building our own management system on our own!

Results
Mana Bedrijfswagens is proof that building a corporate management system yourself works. In a short time it was implemented within the head office and the first step was taken. We are hard at work on the next step: digitization within MANA across all branches. A system that will work for us.
