What does Prevermo do?

Prevermo is the Shared Service Center (SSC) for all the above companies and provides the support services (Finance & Control, ICT, HRM, Legal & Quality). The company specializes in sustainable employability and is committed to promoting a meaningful life for people by encouraging sustainable participation in the Dutch labor market.

What was the challenge within the organization?

Prevermo experienced rapid growth and now the entire group consists of more than 300 employees. The existing structure of SharePoint with Word and Excel documents no longer suited the organization to make all information and registrations available and manage them properly and conveniently. This led to a lack of overview and also brought challenges in the areas of quality management, privacy and information security.

How was the implementation process?

With the handy editors we could easily streamline our documentation, transfer files and set up forms the way we wanted them. And with the automatic workflows we support our business processes and keep the flow going easily. The support was and is really good and helped us a lot. The team is easy to reach and makes sure we are helped quickly when we have a question. Very pleasant!

Functionalities

We now have a parent environment from which we are shaping standardization. For this we use the various functionalities of ISO2HANDLE. What is approved and may be used we can transfer to our subsidiary environments. All important data comes from the subsidiaries together in our reporting environment which provides the right insights for higher management. All of the control data is also linked back to Power BI so that it connects to the rest of our data streams. We can perform risk analyses, customer satisfaction surveys and other important analyses uniformly throughout the organization. And keep a grip on the progress of our risks and associated measures. Based on these analyses, we take appropriate measures. With ISO2HANDLE's dashboard, we can also easily filter by specific topics such as data privacy impact analysis and internal audit and customer satisfaction surveys.
